| Joe Rodden is a licensed Real Estate Broker. He has had a longstanding, successful career, representing buyers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions, managing properties and handling estate/trustee sales for local attorneys.
Joe maintains excellent negotiating skills and a thorough knowledge of the rules and regulations that govern real estate. Some of his clients are other real estate agents, both active and retired. He enjoys the continued trust and goodwill of his clients long after the transaction is over.
Joe has been in Real Estate since 1975. Previously he served in the United States Navy, and then spent a few years in the construction trades. He is the Sales Manager of Prudential California Realty, Redwood City, reviewing the contracts of all agents in the firm. Joe has been employed as an expert witness in California Courts on numerous occasions. He has a firsthand knowledge of the costs involved in home improvements and a good eye for potential problems and/or opportunities.
Joe is a member of San Mateo, California and National Associations of Realtors. He is a member of Footprinters. He has many awards for his sales achievements and is among the top 3% of all sales associates in the Prudential Real Estate Network.
